Here, There, and Everywhere is a free, monthly newsletter by The Ambrose, featuring updates here at the hotel, as well as interesting events around town.

In like a lion and out like a lamb, March begins with celebration. Corn beef and cabbage and four-leaf clovers, Mardi Gras beads marching alongside the Grand Marshal. We cheer on our alma maters as they make their way through college basketball's most prestigious tournament and honor the enormous contributions of women throughout history. We welcome back the spring with open arms and wish you as fine a close to winter as we've enjoyed.

"The Virginia Avenue Project is a free, after-school program that uses the performing arts in conjunction with long-term, one-on-one mentoring to help kids discover their full potential. Through a sequence of writing and performance programs, Project kids develop life skills and give voice to their creativity. Programs address the following objectives: using writing and the performing arts to provide kids with tools for self-expression and increased academic performance; providing a supportive environment for kids to express a personal vision and experience validation from their peers; and offering kids the opportunity to form meaningful relationships with caring, nurturing adults. The Project serves over 75 children each year through its arts and academic programs. Over 100 professional artists volunteer their time each year, and an audience of over 3,000 attends Project performances annually."

You can support the Project through monetary donations, volunteering, donating goods and services, and planned giving. For more information on how you can help please visit www.virginaavenueproject.com.
